EXCHANGE POLICY
7-Day Exchange Policy
At Anwisha, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A system-generated invoice and proof of purchase are mandatory.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, contact us at anwishaofficial.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you an exchange shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, shrunk & stitched), and personal care goods (such as beauty and jewelry products). We also do not accept exchanges from other stores not associated with Saleem Fabrics. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchange Notification
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your exchanged item. You will be informed whether the exchange is approved or not. If approved, you will be credited via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the payment. If there is any balance left on our side, we will issue a voucher for future use.
